Weft knitting is a knitted piece of fabric where the stitches run from left to right horizontally across the fabric. The characteristics of tpu yarn used in weft knitted fabrics:
1. Durability. The abrasion resistance is several times higher than other yarns.
2. Hot press forming. It can be thermoformed at a temperature of 130 degrees, which is much lower than other yarns.
3. Anti-tearing. After hot pressing or dyeing, the tpu yarn is combined into a strong grid.
4. Overmolding. The thermoplastic polyurethane can be directly bonded without glue or solvent, which is more environmentally friendly.
