Enterprise Connect services begin with a business review delivered at no charge. Conducted by expert business advisers, the business review is designed to help take the business to the next level. The business review provides a snapshot of current business strategy and provides recommendations on areas to improve and new ways to transform.

With considerable industry experience, the Enterprise Connect business adviser is able to provide comprehensive, independent advice and access to industry contacts, tools and resources.

Grant assistance, training, research and technical assistance are also available to meet individual business requirements.

Applications for a business review can be made regardless of whether the business is located in a capital city, a major regional centre, or in rural or remote Australia.

Eligibility

In relation to (freight) transport and logistics, Enterprise Connect assists small and medium businesses whose predominant business activity is:

The transportation of freight by road, rail, water or air. Other transportation including postal and courier pick up delivery services and pipeline transport. Goods warehousing and storage. Support services for the transportation of freight including stevedoring, harbour, navigation, airport operations and customer agency services.

To be eligible, a (freight) transport and logistics business applying for an individual business review must be solvent, have revenue or expenditure of between $1.5 million and $100 million in the current financial year or one of the two preceding financial years, possess an Australian Company Number and have a trading history of at least three years.
